In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors of WE Mutual met to discuss the AGM being held on Monday, March 23rd 2020 and have made the following decisions.

    1. The Agenda will be reduced to meet the minimum requirements for WE Mutual to meet their corporate obligations.
    2. Only POLICYHOLDERS and required staff will be given access to the meeting.
    3. In the interests of safety, before entering the building policyholders will be required to answer the following:

    In the last 14 days:

      • Have you travelled outside of Canada?
      • Have any of your relatives travelled outside of Canada?
      • Have you been in close contact with those relatives or anyone else who has travelled outside of Canada?
      • Have you developed a cough, sore throat, fever or runny nose?

If the answer is YES to any of the above questions, access to the building and AGM will be denied.

The decisions outlined above were not taken lightly by the Board. However in this time of uncertainty, they felt it was important to ensure the protection of our directors, staff and other policyholders.

    Thank you for your understanding.
