    PAYMENTS

    We will be accepting payments. However, in the interests of keeping our staff safe, we would prefer if you continued to use our convenient “no-touch” methods (detailed below) where possible:

    • By cheque using the postage-paid return envelope provided
    • On line banking through your financial institution
    • Credit card payment through our website www.westelgin.com
    • E-transfer to ar@westelgin.com
    • Automatic monthly payment arrangements using your chequing account or credit card

    AGENT MEETINGS

    These meetings are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

    All visitors to our offices will be required to wear a mask, sanitize their hands before entering, and practice physical distancing while inside, the building. Visitors will also be required to answer screening questions and will have their name and contact information recorded to assist in any future contact tracing.
